MessageThe mood within the DWP has become more favourable towards federalist ideas, though this one we do not see the merit of. This will throw off the balance of relative equality of votes. Though it is true that with our current system we do not have full equality in vote worth, to switch to this system will drastically change the value of suffrage in different Prefectures. A vote in Sorbanika would suddenly become a mere fraction of a Merian vote.

MessageWe see no advantage. More population means a greater financial and numerical contribution to the Likatonian society and economy, and should be reflected in greater representation.
