| This bill asks for the ratification of the <a href="viewtreaty.php?treatyid=964">The Preformation of a Seleyan Union</a>. If this treaty is ratified, it becomes binding and will define national law. Following the disastrous effects of the Lodamunese war on Likatonia's international relations and image, we feel moving towards joining a friendly union of Seleyan nations would prove to be nothing other than beneficial for our nation. Foreign Minister Tobias Vurilus asserts the DWP's enthusiasm to be involved in this kind of international co-operation. |

Even if your nation has not passed the pre treaty, we would still encourage you to attend, for the more people that we have the better we can get an idea how to set it up. This organization will be very much like the EU and UN, so there will be different branches that nations can join if they wish. However the mission of this summit will be to form the basic body of the organization and the treaty and principles that will rule it. We are all humans and we are all Seleyans, it is time that we get our act together and make a fast and effective way to make communication between ourselves travel faster, and to make trade, culture and tourism expand in each of our nations.
