| Providing a choice gives experience in either the military or public sector, two valuable and different experiences, better designed for the diversity of our nation's youth. By allowing the option for civil service work, this is more economically viable, as it is cheaper to employ a civil servant. By providing a choice, we present ourselves as a government that is firm but fair towards our youths, and wish them a life-changing experience, whichever path in life they intend to follow. |
