| Message | We would argue rather for a compromise here, issue all citizens with identity cards (unlike the current system) include things like a persons driving license (if they have one) library card and all other govermental cards within that same card thus cutting down on the red-tape. But, we don't see the necessity for people to be carrying the cards at all times. However we do believe it should be mandatory. |
