Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 2553
Description[?]:
Isn't it time we trust people to make their own decisions? Too much power rests with the central government. Allow local governments more authority so they can properly reflect the will of the people. What is best for one area is not always best for another. |

Message | So certain areas of Dorvik get well-regulated, hygenic and healthy food, and the rest are left to rot? No doubt, the poorest areas will be forced to subsist upon the filth left over by the wealthier areas. |
