As the current army has expenced many problems we have contacted our Comrades in the Inetrnational Republican Socialist Army and its elite International Republican Socialist Bridgade. we have expressed our desire to incorpate their whole organistaions to be regiatered as the national reserve force. They will be independent from the main command structure of the army to avoid risks of courrption. they will report to the president but not under his/her total control.

They will defend the people and provide the main assistance during times of local emergncies.

The manpower must sign a pledge to defend the workers and to maintain democracy both at home and abroad when called upon.

they will recieve a small and token pay for their long service.

They shall recieve their equipment from the government but may gather equipment from there own sources (also brought in to ensure that there not dependant on the state)

they shall now be allowed to train and use the following military hardware:
Rifles
Assualt Rifles
Armoured Vechiles
Light tanks
Heavy tanks
Light Combat Helicopters
Heavy Transport Helicopters
Light Trooper Transport Helicopters
Armoured River Escort Boats

MessageNO... NO... I disagree. The DCA disagrees. Our army is the people... they fight for their liberty and no Republican Socialist Brigade may corrupt the minds of our liberal democrats... Remove this bill... it does not even make sense to vote on it... it does not affect legislature even... take it off...

Messagewe agree with only one point of your statment. "Our army is the people" the IRSB and the IRSA do fight for liberty and the people. we will not even consider pulling this motion of the table. but what we would do is to advise you that if you openly try and obstruct the moves towards protecting the workers we can not be held responsible for your safety. but what we do know is if you vote yes your ministers and elected members of parliament may rest at night in the knowledge that they will have a 24-7 armed IRSA gaurd.
