Message | OOC: No... I think it is rather on time. Sorry I can't be on Particracy every waking moment. The release would have been pre-mature and much too aggressive if done before the proposal passed. IC: The Zambrano Junta is preparing to hold the trial for Andrew Harris shortly... |

Message | OOC: I was referring to the PSWP, not you. It just seems a bit late to be holding summits. |

Message | This is a bit of a last-ditch effort. So that all may go on record when the events unfold in which ever direction. |

Message | OOC: LOL! My apologies then. No hard feelings. I think this is more the thread where everyone is supposed to RP in if not on the forums. I have set up a separate thread at http://www.takeforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9843&mforum=particracy so we don't mix the nuke/chemical aftermath with the cabinet coups. I will put the military report on Vespiano in that thread while the military autopsy reports will go in The Day After. IC: The Junta awaits the response of the other parties. |

Message | The General Accounting Department has completed its 6 month investigation and published its reports and findings. You can read it at http://www.takeforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=176805&mforum=particracy#176805 General Zambrano is shocked by the results and will be releasing a statement shortly. |

Message | We vehemently deny these accusations. If any of these criminal charges have any basis in fact, then let it be known that they were perpetrated by PSWP unions and not by the party itself. If so, we will reprimand these unions. We are most alarmed by the allegations that we violated enviorenmental standards. We hold oursleves to a high standard of environmental protection. An investigation will be put in place to discover the truth behind these claims. |

Message | The Zambrano Junta is still deliberating the recommendations of the General Accounting Department despite a large protest in Vespiano following the release of the report. At this time, no one listed in the report is under arrest, but if party officials from the PSWP wish to step forward and answer questions, it would be welcome and appreciated. Regarding the recent capital move, General Zambrano was shocked again that the government would simply abandon its own capital and has concerns with the competency of the current government in a state of war. The Army has established helicopter monitoring of all ministries to determine if the government is truly moving to North Bentara. General Zambrano warns the government that such a move would be unsafe for everyone involved for a variety of reasons. Finally, there are some concerns that Rio Southern Systems, Inc. a prominent mining company is in financial trouble as they have closed a factory in Marligantos. As the government has a surplus, perhaps it can lend some money? OOC: I am on MSN/AIM if anyone wants to discuss things either IC/OOC or both ^_^ MSN: king_bee_v at hotmail.com AIM: omnibeeman |

Message | The PSWP is currently checking the veracity of your claims, and we are searching for responsible union leaders. It will be difficult to locate the responsible persons as much of the party leadership was dealing with the situation in North Vintalli. John Disdain himself had spent much of his time in the Vintalli RSS during Vespiano's construction. |

Message | This morning, Andrew Harris, former Commissar of National Defense, was found guilty of treason and executed by a military court. Additionally, the Zambrano Junta has allowed the VRP to move the ministries to Salnaeta, but is still concerned with the move to a less secure location than Azban. |

Message | While this exercise in extra-judicial proceedings makes us slightly worrisome, we are willing to accept the judgement on the grounds that he did provoke open agression. A top aide from John Disdain has relayed a message to a lower aide, who has issed a statement saying that John Disdain would welcome the oppurtunity to meet one-on-one with Mateo Zambrano. It is hoped that the two parties can reach an agreement that will allow them to unite Marligantos and bring Gaduridos forward. Due to security concerns, this meeting would probably best be done over an electronic means. We await the Junta's decision. |

Message | This morning, a guerilla group stylizing themselves as the Bentara Bandidos launched an attack on the capital. It is unknown if there were any injuries among a couple of small explosions and small arms fire. Later in the day, a tape was released to the media, likely the leader, detailing reasons for the attacks such as continued dissatisfaction with the current government and cooperation between Zambrano and Communist parties. The tape called for immediate war against the government. The Zambrano Junta is currently investigating the source of the tape as well as the entire organization. The Junta disavows any involvement with the Bandidos and any Communist party. |

Random fact: Players are expected to behave in a courteous, co-operative manner and make a reasonable effort to act with the consent of all players involved, even where the rules do not make consent strictly necessary. In particular, players have a responsibility to take reasonable care that other players are not misinformed either about the role-play or the Game Rules. |
