MessageWe strongly support articles 3 and 4, and would support article 1 if it was slightly less leniant - we do not feel, for example, that sexually explicit content or drug-related themes are appropriate in advertising of any description, particularly as advertising is something that is thrust upon us, without our concious decision over whether to notice it or not. It is specifically designed so that people see it, even if they do not go looking for it. This is problematic in that highly impressionable children will undoubtably and unavoidably see billboards or tv ads or posters with sexually explicit material, and may become confused about sex or be exposed to it at an innappropriate age. The entire purpose of advertising is often to incite mental reactions, and the fact of the matter is that, with entirely free advertising, subject to no restraints, it is likely that many businesses will use sex as a tool to engage their audience. Sexually suggestive advertising is already rampant - imagine the lengths it could reach if the flood gates were opened entirely, as article 1 suggests. We support entirely free advertising, but our only restraint is that innappropriate themes such as those of a sexually explicit or drug-related nature be banned. If the "Le Chaim" Aesthetic Party were to alter article 1 in that regard, we would support that article aswell as 3 and 4.
Article 2, however, we are unsure of. We prefer a Reserve Bank system, rather than a state-run, central bank system. However, as the proposed legislation is a marked improvement on the status quo, we will support this article aswell.
Therefore, because we support 3 of the 4 articles, and only have minor qualms with the other, we will support this legislation.

Random fact: Any RP law granting extraordinary "emergency powers" or dictator-like powers to a government must be passed by at least a 2/3rds majority, but (like all RP laws) may always be overturned by a simple majority vote of the legislature.
