MessageWe are still in a state of war, so couldnt we wait until after the war to take the budget back down again?
And what justifies the increase in the budget of the minister fo ofreign affairs?

MessageI am very confident that the peace agreement will be reached soon. The defense budget wasn' lowered to the prewar levels, it was lowered just a little bit. We need more diplomacy to prevent any more conflicts, the foreign affairs budget was increased by a minimal amount.

MessageURP, close does not mean it is done, it means close. As long as we haven't signed a peace agreement an investigation cannot be conducted.

MessageYet we must cut resources for our troops? How noble of you - protect the war criminals and deny the soldiers the funding they need.

MessageWe are currently not engaged in direct combat. The budget proposed is more than enough to maintain our troops.
