Bill: APC - International Law
Details
Submitted by[?]: Republican Coalition
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 2556
Description[?]:
When illegal immigrants live in our nation they use our resources, they use out services, they use our work. They give nothing in return. They may apply as a national, if not, then they can go back where they come from. Unregulated immigration only causes difficulties, the rise of slums and shanty towns, heightened crime and poverty. This should be avoided. When a citizen commits a crime in another nation, it is still a crime, we should not build a reputation of harbouring criminals from justice. |

Message | We find article two to be a waste of government time and money Article one wise, I've never really understood what it means, so after seeking the advice of someone, I have come to the decision that barring extradition is good. Especially the extreme you are putting it to, at most, we can support "Extradition to nations with capital punishment or with cruel or inhumane treatment of suspects and convicts is not allowed." |
Date | 12:33:15, April 02, 2008 CET | From | Republican Coalition | To | Debating the APC - International Law |
Message | We have capital punishment if it is... We cannot allow Hulstrian Nationals to do as they will in other nations, murder, rape, theft, and then they be left unaccountable. They must become liable to the law if they visit another nation. |
