Message"Would the proposing party please lower the defense budget somewhat - possibly to ~600 billion BEI. We understand the need for strong protection, but believe that 800 billion BEI is way too much. The privatization will probably make 600 billion BEI provide the quality that about 900 billion to 1 trillion BEI in government military.
