| We, the People's Confederal Army, want the Likatonian Government to recognise the self-determination rights of the different prefectures. If a 50% is obtained in a LOCAL government by a nationalist party they will be able to claim their independence from the Likatonian State to form an independent state or to join another nation. |

| Message | We appreciate that that Bill relates to Meria exclusively; we merely raised to indicate precedent and form, to help you draft a more comprehensive Bill; as it is, the Bill you propose is too simplistic and unworkable; it doesn't give details of why, how, if or when such a seccession should occur, it makes no allowance for alliances, it gives no roomfor debate, it doesn't explain potential re-unification processes, there are more holes than Kalistani cheese. We would argue that for devolution, one election isn't enough, and that it should be declared prior to a vote. for example, the GLNF are a nationalist party. What if we were to agree with the CLP that devolution is where we want to go? Right now, we (collectively) hold >50% in all 5 prefectures...does that mean if we support this Bill we have the option of breaking Likatonia into five seperate nations? |
