Description[?]:

In order to guarantee the cultural past is not destroyed for future generations, the Government will actively protect scenery, localities, cultural, and historical sites deemed to be in the public interest, or of historical significance.
The Hobrazian Historical and Cultural Society (HHCS) will be given the responsibility for protecting and maintaining these sites for present and future generations, and will be allowed to select those sites it believes are important.
The public may apply for areas to be designated as culturally significant, and the HHCS will then decide whether these areas of of significance to the Country, or the Constituency.
Access to the public will be provided by the HHCS and will, wherever possible, be free. In the few instances that areas require a charge for their upkeep, these charges will be kept to a minimum in order to allow all citizens to enjoy them fully.
