MessageWe don't know how many nations we will be fighting or what their defence budget is. Since I expect this will eventually snowball into a large war we need to have as high of a defence budget as we can. I'd like to raise the taxes too but that won't pass.

MessageI might agree with a slight raise in taxes, under the agreement that it's only to help pay the war bill and it's not up to one hundred percent or something.
