Message | Full support. We need to make sure that people can afford the meds that they need. Currently, we have thousands of people who cannot afford them thanks to this current law. |
Date | 06:08:28, April 04, 2008 CET | From | Judicial Union Party | To | Debating the Pharmaceutical Drugs |
Message | That's a complete fabrication, totally divorced from the truth. For those on a low income, the government provides free prescriptions. Price regulations will simply cause drug companies to invest less in smaller yield drugs, to the detriment of everyone. Anyone with the simplest knowledge of economics could understand that. |

Message | If you truly want me to believe this, then you need to be better at understanding economics yourself. I said nothing about those of low income now did I? Reading comprehension is key to a happy life. |
Date | 15:29:31, April 05, 2008 CET | From | Judicial Union Party | To | Debating the Pharmaceutical Drugs |
Message | Under the current system: poor people can afford drugs (since they don't pay). Non-poor people can afford drugs (since they're not poor). So where is the need for price controls? |
