MessageThis budget greatly enhances funding for crucial areas such as Health, Social Welfare, Education and Justice, while diverting money away from other areas that are less important to this administration. It also provides an even greater surplus for the national benefit.

These will be my aims as Finance Minister:
-To avert tax increase, or increase the burden on the tax payer.
-To maintain a small, effective and comprehensive government.
-To enjoy a major trade surplus, to rejuvenation and development.
