| Message | Why does quotas disciminate? I belive quotas are there to regulate how many new citizents we let inn to this country. With everyone allowed to recident in our country we can be a "freestate" for foreign criminals/mafia/terrorists, with quotas i belive we can make that a smaler problem. |
