>>Be it enacted by the Knesset of the Sixth Jewish Homeland of Beiteynu, the following shall become law: 1)(A)Article VIII shall be amended so that a new section, "Section 2: Lower Education" shall be added and shall read: "1)(A)All primary, secondary, and preschool education shall be totally private, but (B) primary and secondary education shall be paid for totally by the state for all students, whereas (C) twenty percent of the budget for the Ministry of Education and Culture shall be divided evenly amongst all students in primary and secondary education, and (D) each primary and secondary school shall receive said quotient in (1)(C) per year per student enrolled at said school. (E)Ten percent of the budget for the Ministry of Education and Culture shall be divided evenly amongst all children of preschool age whose parents' combined incomes are amongst the lowest twenty percent of the population, and (F) the said quotient of (1)(E) shall be paid to every preschool per year per poor child in its institution, and that institution shall have to accept that payment for all poor children in the institution and accept the attendance of those poor children as they would any other child. 2)(A)All children under the age of compulsory schooling must attend schooling at school." 2)(A)It is the intention of this legislature that if any part or parts of this law are declared unconstitutional, all other parts shall remain in full force and effect.<< >>Be it enacted by the Knesset of the Sixth Jewish Homeland of Beiteynu, let it be resolved that: 1)(A)All public preschools and primary and secondary educational facilities shall be auctioned off to be privatized, and the government shall cease all direct maintenance of any and all educational institutions. 2)(A)All students being homeschooled will immediately have to be enrolled in school as soon as possible. 3)(A)The national government of the Sixth Jewish Homeland of Beiteynu shall have eighteen months after the passage of this bill to comply with this resolution and act. The Minister of Education and Culture shall be personally fined 100,000 BEI per day after that time period that the government is not in compliance.<< |
