| Act for the Defense of Property Rights of Farmers, 2557 CONSIDERING, the right to property is an inalienable right of the individual CONSIDERING, that confiscation of one's private property because they achieve success or develop efficient farming techniques will ultimately lower our supply and crop diversity. CONSIDERING, that how one treats themselves and their property is ultimately their own business and not the State's. CONSIDERING, we already maintain state subsidies for the operations of disadvantaged private farmers and farming families to ensure that they have the same opportunity to sell their foodstuffs.
