Message | There is a large chunk of representatives missing from Parliament. While we normally abhor early elections due to their cost we have voted in their favor to fill empty blocks in Parliaments. If passed, this bill will result is a fully stocked Parliament representing the people. It is likely that the majority parties will receive a further increase in the seats they hold. Plus, it will allow Parliament to govern more effectively. Our party is personally willing to contribute 250,000 TPD from our public polling line item to help finance this early election if this bill is passed. -Roger Evars, COM Party Leader |

Message | (OOC> How is that possible?) Don't listen to them, don't let them annoy you Mr Evars. They just want to keep their Ministries (or as my folks would say: "Vrag im babu osedlo".) Vojislav Krkljus Chairman of the RRP |

Message | OOC: It is a bit of roleplaying on my part to offer funds from the party to help pay for the costs of early elections. My character mentioned the specific line item because that is the only place I see the game keeps track of funds the parties have. I don't know how to prove that the funds are available but I just looked and the game says COM has 658750 to fund polls. COM is willing to dip into that to help the nation pay for an early election because it believes the election is so important. |
