By voting yes, we hereby agree to officially request for foreign aid by Lourenne and Sekowo, member nations of the UNC. However, they shall not intervene unless the Security Council unanimously gives authorization. This enactment shall only ensure that both nations are informed of the situation and will be officially asked to promote a proposal according to the Rildanor Accord. |
