Description[?]:
This is a bill to determine Beluzian Foreign Policy concerning the Commonwealth of Luthori. The PAL has tried to gain support for bills which increase the clarity of international relations between nations but these have always been forgotten about or left. We therefore propose that foreign relations be put forward on a case by case basis and that we should begin by promoting talks between the foreign ministers of Luthori and Beluzia. The PAL would favour a treaty which would set in place an alliance between our two nations as well as free trade agreements to counter economic protectionism. To start off, we suggest that the present foreign minister Mamew Ricos begins talks with Luthorian foreign minister about strengthening positive foreign relations and the possibilty of setting in place a free trade agreement between the two nations. We suggest that the foreign minister highlights to his opposite number that this is in know way the beginning of an international parliament or governing body and that the sovereignty of the two nations will in no way be affected. The PAL would hope that if the Commonwealth of Luthori is receptive and welcomes the above proposal, that the foreign minister then discusses the possibility of creating a formal alliance between our two nations. However, these developments will all have to be ractified by the Beluzian Parliament seperately. |
