Current: Trade unions may exist and worker membership is voluntary.
Proposed: Trade unions may exist and all workers must have membership in one.

Old value:: Trade unions must by law hold a ballot of all members before going on strike, a majority of all members, regardless of if they vote or not must approve the strike action.

Message | No one should be forced in a union. Democracy runs trade unions. Article 3 is fine, but there is no reason the government should get involved in DWCs... they aren't state run, they are run by the workers... the people who produce capital own capital. |
