MessageAlternatives:
o There are no limits on the amount of fish that may be caught.
o The government establishes fishing quotas.
o The fishing industry is nationalised, and the government sets production levels.
o Commercial fishing is completely banned

The current legislation is dangeroulsy unsustainable and as seafood is a staple of the Baltusian diet and an important industry, we cannot afford to lose it.
