MessageStrict policies are needed for a problem that could potentially be an enormous, enormous problem. The initiative of this legislation is to prevent the problem from even beginning, at its roots, before its too late. Illegal immigrants are not only criminals who undermine the laws of this nation, they are also an unnecessary strain on the economy, our job market, our wages, and can also be very problematic socially, in that they do not integrate, and may form gangs and enclaves and disrupt stability.
If you want this country to continue on its path of open border anarchy, vote down this legisltation. But if you, like the more sensible among us, want to ensure and maintain social stability, economic stability, and uphold the laws of this country to their fullest extent, vote yes for this legislation.
Remember, Hutori's interests must come first.

Random fact: In cases where players have failed to clearly and accurately reference their nation's RP laws in the "Bills under debate" section, Moderation will rule them invalid if a challenge is made to their validity.
