Bill: Freedom for Religious Schools Act of 2560
Details
Submitted by[?]: Democratic Capitalist Delegation
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

We propose that since the impending Religious Equality Redraft will pass, and religions will have the same treatment under the law as private institutions, it no longer matters what the state does or does not define as a religion. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change The governments stance on religious schools.
Old value:: Only recognised religions may set up religious schools, with no regulations.

Message | How about the 'destructive demonic satanic' religions. They may too? Coming from people who want to tax religion, this is ordinary. Vojislav Krkljus Chairman of the RRP |

Message | We are baffled that the RRP is now attacking a proposed change in law which they were previously willing to support. James Lott Chairman Democratic Capitalist Delegation |

Message | We never wanted to support this law. We just stated why and that is a pretty fair reason. All our decisions have a reason. Tomislav Crnobrnja Vice-president of the RRP |

Message | Unfortunately, that's a blatant lie. In the original draft of the Religious Equality Act, the change which the DCD proposed in Article IV read, "Any religion may set up a school, with no regulations," the exact same proposal as outlined in this law. When the RRP commented on that bill, Chairman Krkljus said, "We would have voted yes on this bill, but we do not agree on article 3, thou all others are acceptable." This obviously means that article IV was deemed to be "acceptable" to the RRP, and now that article, proposed as a separate law, is attacked and condemned by that very same chairman of the very same party. Again, the DCD questions this whimsical change in position. James Lott Chairman Democratic Capitalist Delegation |

Message | We maybe said that, thou it is to me as a blur, but, we explained why we vote against this bill. I am a very busy man, that is why I might have overlooked this proposal as that proposal to tax religion dragged my attention. We are extremly against taxing religions and unregulating them. Vojislav Krkljus President of Telamon |

Message | We have decided to vote for this bill, because we believe that this is one step closer to our ideal legislation. We will seek a change so that any religion may set up a school, but with regulations from the government. |
