MessageYep. Why vote no now though? You want our ships sitting off the coast until we eventually attack Deltaria for some reason?

MessageWe could still be "enforcing" our embargo, couldn't we? So long as we're in national waters surrounding Deltaria? If that's not material worthy of sparking an international discussion, I don't know what would.

MessageWe don't want a war now. Not with all the other nations that will get involved on the side of Deltaria. All our "allies" are inactive it seems.

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there.
