Message | For identification in all sorts of formal affairs. How could anyone prove that he is the one who he claims to be? For example in the bank.. Of course, use of identity cards is and should strongly be regulated by the law, therefore they would be needed only in matters where the identification and determination of one's identity is really necessary. |
