Details

Submitted by[?]: 帝国公明党 (Teikoku Kōmeitō)

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 2562

Description[?]:

This is an important issue that we have not payed enough attention to.
We believe child labour to be deplorable and completely immoral.

For the sake of legal definitions;
Child shall be defined as any person under the age of 13 years of age.
Labour shall be defined as physically demanding tasks and/or tasks that are deemed to have a level of danger high then what the majority of workers would otherwise be exposed to.

MessageLabour is work!

There's no sense in redifining labour to try to push your bill through; everyone knows what work is, and children have a restricted right to work.

Random fact: By default the head of government is the ultimate authority within a national government. In general terms, heads of government are expected to consult with cabinet colleagues (including those from other parties) before making significant decisions but they remain responsible for government action.

Random quote: "By a continuing process of inflation, government can confiscate, secretly and unobserved, an important part of the wealth of their citizens." - John Maynard Keynes
