| This bill is to adapt the economy to the War-Time Effort.To keep the economy running smoothly we ask that this government give pensions to those families to were both providers(The Mother and Father) are absent to provide for their children to help support the those who are taking care of the children of our troops.The Pension should be decided by the following criteria: 1.The Number of Children to the Household 2. The Parent's income before going into the war 3.The Income fo the Caretaker currently taking of the children In order to pay for this I suggest that we rasie The Taxes of all the Major Industries to were we could fund our troops and the Pensions. The Pensions Plans are as Prepreposed: 1 child-150.00 2 children-200.00 3 Children-210.00 4 or more children-300.00 and after the war a will be returned to normal. |
