Recognizing, that maintaining our independence in international affairs is essential to continued expansion of our influence throughout the international community. Recognizing, that a foreign policy based solely on ideology is unwise and counterproductive to the interests of the UK. Recognizing, that The Artanian Alliance places the UK in an awkward situation in which it could be drawn in to foreign wars. The United Kingdom of Beluzia and Bailon, hereby withdraws from the Artanian Alliance and determines that future foreign policy will be determined based on the interests of the UK and not vague ideological principles. |
