| Name says it all. This bill would authorize the DRACO agenecy to commenece coverty operations in support of the Republicans in Luthori. As to what that means, which I suppose is somewhat ambigious, please debate. |

| Message | OOC: If you guys decided to enter, we ask that the Forum page with the poll, is where you sign in, basicly we talk things out there discuss possible talks, and sign in new arrivals. The Actural fighting is on the other one. The War might be over soon, as both sides, other than the wolf legion have agreed to a cease fire so that talks can go on. For background basicly it goes like this. This is the RPing version The BCD was busy with other matters and had to leave the senate for a while. While gone the Union of the Godless brought a bill forward to end the moancrhy. Alduria, being ruled by the son-on-law of the Emperor, and being in an alliance with the BCD, could not stand by and allow this to happen. Emperor Philippe Villayn II gave fair warning to the Rebels that if the bill passed, the enitre IML, the Aldurian Imperial Grand Army, the Purple League, and the Pan-Terran Royalist Army along with any other monarchist nations, would enter the nation to put the Emperor back on and protect the him. Well it passed, thanks to the betraying of an Imperial party. So the IML formed the Imperial Monarchist Alliance to intervean and stop these Rebels. So they did. We told them we would take the coast show our power and hopfully scare them to the table. Well it worked kind of. We arrived and the fe loyal Luthori National Army troops fought us. We won. We stoped, after we conviced them to come to the table. The the Wolf Legion showed up and started attacking, so now there is fight to the north. Both sides are hoping, that peace will be reached in time for Chrismas this year, for now about 7 million Royalist troops (not counting the majority of the Luthori national army still loyal to the Emperor) have arrived. Still more are expected to come, to help rebuild Luthori after, for already a total of $500,000,000 has been gathered to help rebuild what was destoryed. The Tiger of Seleyan has awakened, but it has its sights on economic power, and only did this for the reason of the family link, and the moancrhist league, and the Alliance to the moancrhy there. Hope that help clearify a few things. The Rebels did ask us not to, but we gave them far warning that we would intervean if the bill passed. If you have any question feel free to give me a mail.
