Message | I don't see how anyone can have a right to a job. That is implying that you have a right to someone else's money, time, etc. You EARN a job, you don't just get to have it. So, yes, if you stop working, the employer has every right to fire you. Similarly, if he stops paying your or is giving you crappy benefits or pay, you have every right to stop working. |

Message | "Similarly, if he stops paying your or is giving you crappy benefits or pay, you have every right to stop working." -Exactly the reasons for striking. If any of these problems do arise, one should have the right to temporarily stop working without fear of losing the job that they put so much time into themselves. |

Message | They do have the right to stop working, however the employer has the right to fire them if they do so. That is the risk of striking. If the conditions are really that bad, then the employer most likely won't fire you, because nobody will fill the spot. However, if someone if willing to fill your spot, obviously conditions aren't too bad. |

Random fact: It is possible for a player to transfer ownership of a character or a royal house to another player. This should be done in a public way, such as on the Character Transfers thread, so that if a dispute arises in the future, Moderation can be pointed towards evidence of the transfer. |
