Message | We are against. Not only for ethical/moral reasons, but stopping aid programs to other countries will diminish tarnish our representation internationally and make countries receiving our ad currently less likely to support us. |

Message | OOC: If we ever have the Dovani colony policy and foreign nations recognize us, we will have to create side bills of how much we send per year in exchange, if that is even what we agree upon giving back. I'm refering to AUP's bill: http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=187204 |

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left. |
Random quote: "John Burroughs has stated that experimental study of animals in captivity is absolutely useless. Their character, their habits, their appetites undergo a complete transformation when torn from their soil in field and forest. With human nature caged in a narrow space, whipped daily into submission, how can we speak of its potentialities?" - Emma Goldman |
