Message | 6- Government officials in charge when Likatonia starts a war will be judged by a court formed by five Likatonian judges and five Lodamunense judges. This is unworkable. Andrew Moore is in exile, Alec Reynolds and Gerard Weiss are dead, and James Turner has gone into hiding. The near civil war following the Lodamun conflict mae tracking down those responsible, and then finding proof, impossible. 8- Likatonia will recognize that they are the only responsible of the war. We weren't the only ones firing nuclear weaponry on innocents. Lodamun must take their share of responsibility for the events. 9- Likatonia promises that the judgment of Likatonian govenment officers will be just. See point 6; additionally, how can we make promises about justice when the body should be neutral; Either that means you can influence the 10 judges, or they are robots who can be entirly objective about the deaths of millions. |

Message | Just so you know, Andrew Moore is in the custody of Lodamun authorities, http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=186764, so atleast he can be trialed by the international tribune |

Message | Most parts are very acceptable but some we will not accept. I have sent a request to your Foreign Minister to allow me to go to Likatonia with my advisors and others to negotiate the peace treaty. Please urge your Foreign Minister to accept my request. President David Porter |
