Bill: COM Response to Democratic Republic of Aloria's Republican Alliance

Details

Submitted by[?]: Conservative Ordo Malleus (COM)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 2565

Description[?]:

This legislation proposes to formulate an official recommendation to the President, Prime Minister, and Foreign Minister on the appropriate response to the Democratic Republic of Aloria's request for Telamon to join the Republican Alliance.

Both Aloria and Luthori are half a world away from us and on a completely different continent. We have no right imposing into the internal affairs of Luthori. If Aloria wishes to do so that is up to them but Telamon must not play the role of global police force.

If the people of Luthori have a legitimate concern they can submit it to the World Court who will rule on the situation and initiate an appropriate course of action.

Therefore we propose that Telamon's official response should be to tell Aloria "No, we will not engage in Luthori's internal affairs and have to say no to your request. We cannot, and will not, participate in the 'Republican Alliance.'"

A YES vote to this proposal will DENY Aloria's request.
A NO vote to this proposal will send our men and women off to die for no reason.

Random fact: Don't put "the" as the first word in your party name, because when parties are referred to in news reports, their names are preceded with "the", e.g. the [Socialist Party] has lost.
