Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Message | An unfair one consisting of as few parties as possible that will prevent internal disturbance is desirable. If the KLC and the LUP agreed to a cabinet indefinitely, it wouldn't be able to be challenged by any other parties, most likely. Also, we would have the strongest militia strength so it would be unwise for the excluded parties to attempt anything. |
