| Article 1 - Animal Testing can be very beneficial in many instances, we should allow it and enforce regulations that will make sure that there is no inhumane treatment of the animals. Article 2- We already subsidize the research and development of these drugs, we should be able to regulate their price to enusure that the average and even below average Solentian citizen can afford these life-saving medicines. |
