Bill: Cabinet Proposal of September 2566 - Young Kafurs

Details

Submitted by[?]: Aldurian Protectorate Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 2567

Description[?]:

Recognising that the parties included in this cabinet won an overwhelming victory at the last national election. Recognising that the LUP are by far and away the largest party and thus should rightly receive two of the more important posts, namely Finance and Foreign Ministries. Recognising that the HoS and the HoG should ideally come from different parties, thus we propose the RPI as Prime Minister. Recognising the JPC wishes to reform the Judiciary, recognising the RAF's concern over the environment, we propose this cabinet as an arrangement that we believe will suit members of the Young Kafurs.

The left was crushed at the national election. This cabinet reflects that, and reflects the desire for change within Kafuristan.

MessagePut to vote as I imagine there should be agreement now. Young Kafurs was going to be established as a patriotic organisation in this country, just ended up be extended to all five parties here, and naturally it seems logical to use the YK's as a coalition organisation.

MessageJPC, Young Kafurs as in a new movement to alter Kafuristan (ooc: like the Young Turks), it doesn't mean Young Kafurs as in children.

Obviously we are disappointed that the LUP have chosen to oppose this. As they are the largest party could they contemplate proposing a cabinet, or should we think about early elections once most of the Bills in vote have been voted upon?

MessageWe have no personal conflicts between any of you, or the YK itself, but we can't unite with JPC due to ideological reasons.
