Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Once again, due to a disagreement in the House, I have redrafted my cabinet proposal. I have attempted to involve all parties, but have given out Ministries based on competency and expertise in that area, and then proportion of seats. The Ministires are divided: TACP = 4 RP = 3 COM = 2 DCD = 2 USSP = 2 I urge the House to accept this cabinet - this limbo period is only to the detriment of the nation - and let us unify and end this factionalism and bickering. My predecessory, Madame Petrovskaya-Guillaume, sucessfully created a National Cabinet, and I wish to do the same. I count on the House's support.
