Description[?]:
Mustafa Hemel is the leader of the MHP and has a vision for a new state in Kafuristan. A new moderate society must prevail against the extremists of the left who have sought to interfere in the lives of the people. Mustafa Hemel proposes a new secular state where the religious views of the people are accepted, whether they have any, or not. The ban on religion is deeply offensive to many, and must be overturned. Therefore Hemel, as leader of the MHP, proposes the following. Kafuristani's should be free to wear religious symbols if they so wish. However recognising the religious sensitivities of the LUP, we propose that no religious symbols should be worn in Public Buildings, so that the state retains its religious neutrality. |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
