| The Anarch Anakrousite responds to unrest between Likatonia and some of it's closer neighbours, with legislation to increase the safety of Likatonian borders, and increase the economic sustainability of our defences. The AAP offers the suggestion that Chemical and Nuclear deterrence be unconditional, that trade in (conventional) arms be unlimited (although STILL regulated), and that our defences be shored up. |

The AAP happily admits that it doesn't expect this motion to pass this time, or on subsequent occassions... and we are prepared for that.
