MessageThis Act reinstates the position of Prime Minister and removes the Lord Protector from his duties within the Cabinet of Greater Hulstria. The Prime Minister of Greater Hulstria will be elected by Parliament. This system will remove many of the unpleasant side-effects that we are currently experiencing, including the fact that the Lord Protector's party have a virtual veto on all cabinet proposals brought before the Imperial Diet.

The HNP would also support renaming the position of the Lord Protector to "Imperial Chancellor" to better reflect our Hulstrian idenitity.

MessageThe KHP will support the splitting of the HoS and HoS offices, however we oppose changing the title of the HoS(Lord Protect is short for Lord Protector of His Majesty's Government and has ties to the Dual Monarchy, Imperial Chancellor has no ties what so ever to anything in Hulstria's past), and we also oppose the title Prime Minister(its so generic, perhaps Imperial Chancellor here?).

MessageWe would also propose either Lord Regent, Imperial Viceroy, or Grand Arbiter(our any combination of those words).

MessageThe HNP supports the title of Prime Minister, which has historical roots in Greater Hulstria's past. The first Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria possessed a Prime Minister, and we support retaining that title for the second Imperial Crownlands. We dislike the title of "Lord Protector" for His Imperial Majesty's viceroy, not lest because of the technical anachronism of an "elected Lord". However, in the interests of seeing this vital governmental change passed without delay, we prefer to leave the matter of titles to a future debate.

MessageOOC: The Head of State as far as the game is concerned isn't the Emperor. The Emperor is Klemens II and exist purely for RP purposes so that I don't have to go through the annoyance of having to get a 2/3 majority every time one dies and to confuses the frick out of people.
