| Message | Why should people pay for a national service that they may not use, surely it should be private everywhere so that people pay if they want to use it and it will add a business approach to transport where businesses improve the quality of transport to gain more customers, so customers win as they pay a small fee for transport and get a good quality mode of transport much better than paying taxes and traveling for free when they can have lower taxes and a better value for money with transport.
