| The Hutori Conservative Council proposes the flat tax rate - the only fair income tax rate. The revenue raised by this new flat tax rate will be substantially less than the previous income tax margins, in co-ordination with our spending cuts in the recent budget we have proposed. In addition to this income tax revenue, the sales tax and other minor taxes should balance the budget fairly evenly. |
