Message | And so continues the slippery slope of State condoned murder that we predicted when the leftist parties voted to legalize Murder. -Roger Evars, COM Deputy Chairman |

Message | I must say, Mr. Evars, if the people of Telamon were dissatisfied with the reforms, do you think that the Liberal parties would have won (between the TACP, RP and DCD) the most amount of seats in Parliament, while your party drops to 5th place? I would say that ideology and sentiment are secondary to the wishes of the people, and we clearly have the mandate in this instance. Umberto Caccini Leader of the Radical Party |

Message | That is what we, in politics, call a non-denial denial. The RP does not deny they condone murder and that the State should condone murder. Nor does the RP deny that it is a slippery slope that the leftist parties are leading Telamon down. Just because people want something does not mean that is the best thing for them. Representatives are elected to make decisions for people, not just follow in the demand of mob mentality. I ask this as our party has asked it before. Where do the murders end? When do they reach the members of Parliament who are condoning these murders? What happens when the murders reach those members? Will you cry foul then or simply say "[it is] the wishes of the people"? -Roger Evars, COM Deputy Chairman |

Message | In my understanding of democracy, Mr. Evars, is that politicians are there to represent the people's views, not make decisions for them based on their own personal views. We are a representative democracy, and politicians should be the vanguards of the people's wishes. The purpose of a representative is to represent, not to instruct, as you propose. Such mentality reminds me of authoritarianism, and not democracy. Sometimes I do struggle to understand the logic behind conservative politics. Umberto Caccini Leader of the Radical Party |

Message | Yet again a non-denial denial is issued. The RP continues to avoid the issue of the leftist desire to condone murder and State condoned murder. This is a slippery slope that the leftist parties have led Telamon down. Where will it end? We have asked this before and received no answer. We ask it again and still receive no answer. Murder is murder is murder is murder. It does not matter whether 51% or 99% of the people think otherwise. Just because 6 out of 10 people tell you there's a tiger under your bed doesn't mean that is correct. Never wavering from what the people "want" will continue to get a party re-elected. It will not, however, always do what is best for the nation. Sometimes the people are wrong and it is the duty of their representatives to act in their best interest. It is our duty to always act in their best interest and especially so when the people are wrong. We must have the courage to stand up and tell the people "No" even if it hurts a party come election time. COM has always had the integrity to place Telamon's best interest first. We follow the creed that what is popular may not always be right and what is right may not always be popular. This creed has been a guiding light we use to help Telamon prosper and better itself. I daresay those parties who condone, and want State condoned, Murder need to take a page from our book on this matter. -Roger Evars, COM Deputy Chairman |

Message | Let us hope this fine rhetoric comes to some avail in the next elections, Mr. Evars. Umberto Caccini Leader of the Radical Party |

Message | Is the non-denial denial the only party line known by the RP? Its no wonder our friends in the RRP kicked the RP out of the president's office. -Roger Evars COM Deputy Chairman |

Message | Perhaps you should read up your history next time, Mr. Evars, as the Radical Party did not contest the last election. Umberto Caccini Leader of the Radical Party |
