| The AAP believes the time has come for Likatonian citizens to abandon the violent practices of a darker age. To this extent, the AAP suggests a Bill to forbid the physical punishment of children in schools. Other forms of punishment, such as detention or expulsion, are to be maintained. |

Power should always be excercised on the lowest level possible. |
