Message | We could've supported many of these articles, however the inclusion of article 1 forces us to vote against even though it will make no difference to the outcome. We are, however, extremely concerned at the FPoH's willingness to sell vital national assets to the highest bidder and have the power supply of this entire nation under the control of a private company which has no other allegiance but to profit and shareholders rather than the people of this nation. |

Message | The CNP believes that virtually all industries, utilities, and other essential services belong in the hands of the private sector. It is the drive for profit that creates a much more streamlined and efficient system of operations in these areas, as opposed to the relatively inefficient characteristics of the typical bureaucratic system set up by government management. One point of concern that we do have on Article One, however, is the fact that the entire power utility industry will be owned by one company, taking away the potential for healthy competition in a market economy. We would recommend that Article One be amended to a format in which the power utility be owned by multiple private companies. However, taking into consideration the vast improvement that this bill offers, we will be supporting it. |

Message | We can understand the concerns of the WSSP however we believe that this will benefit Hobrazia. The reason for a single company is if the move looks like it will fail and the people get harmed we can renationalise the industry, this is the warning that will go out to the future owner, that if they fail and begin in our eyes to take advantage then we will simply take it over again |
