Sec. 1 SHORT TITLE
This act may be cited as the 'Federalism Act 2570'

Sec. 2 PROVISIONS
A. The regulation of tobacco production, transport, sale, possession and use shall be within the sole purview of the federal states.

B. The regulation of gambling and games of chance shall be within the sole purview of the federal states.

Sec. 3 EFFECTIVENESS
The provisions of this act shall take effect six months following passage.
