Message | If students of low income families work to their full potential then they will get government grants and business scholarships - that's how it has always been. The government and university institutions should not lose money due to poverty levels. |
Date | 19:22:30, September 19, 2005 CET | From | Fenner Brockway Socialist Party | To | Debating the Higher Education Tuition Fees Bill |
Message | We srongly oppose this bill. FBSP believes tuition should be free for all students, regardless of family background. A young student should not have to rely on his or her family for support (who may impose nefarious conditions). Moreover, socialist principle requires that education should be free to all, just as health care is. |

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map. |
